RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 3 days. If more than 3 days have passed between the day you received your item and the day of return shipment, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or refund.

Our Certificate of Authenticity tag & Canada Luxury tag must be attached to receive a full refund. Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing "extras" (dustbag, box, lock, etc.), so please ensure proper packing and protection of the item you are returning.

If the item is not in the same condition as when purchased, it will not be eligible for a refund. Canada Luxury is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. As all items at Canada Luxury are pre-owned, we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties, as we are not part of the manufacturing process. Our team is meticulously trained to identify signs of wear or damage but cannot predict how future use will affect an item.

• Scarves
• Gift cards
• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Sale items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days of receiving your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Customers who have purchased items online have three options for returns:

1. Use a pre-paid shipping label provided by CANADA LUXURY ($14.99)

2. Use your own shipping method (at your own cost)

3. Return at the our business adress, from Monday to Friday, 8h-12h / 13h-17h (Free)
