Our return policy lasts 3 days. If more than 3 days have elapsed between the day of receipt of your item and the day of the shipment (return), we can not unfortunately offer you return or refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upload photos of your article trying to photograph it from all angles, for example: front, back, top, bottom, interior, handles and corners, metal parts and serial number, if applicable.
Please pay particular attention to the faults of the article, for example: scratches, brands, discoloration or any other sign of wear.

Then receive a quote by email within 3 working days.
If you agree with the price offered for the sale of your article, we will send you a link to open a consignment account on Canada Luxury. We will also send you the consignment contract (which confirms that you remain the owner of the article until the sale of it and that we have full responsibility.)
Once approved, you must send us your item so that we can authenticate it before putting it online. Once your item is authenticated and professionally cleaned, it's time for the photo shoot! It will then be posted on our site and announced on our social networks.
*Note that it is also possible to deposit your items directly in the store (by appointment). We also offer home collection for cities in Montreal, Quebec and Sherbrooke (for an equivalent article (s) or greater than $ 5,000).
